MindSorter (Gnostic Weirdness)

So...I've realized that I can't exactly write Mindsorter as Victorian England with Gnostic cosmology. The entire history of humans on Earth is different, right from the time of Neanderthals and Cro Magnons.

There have been no wars, because the Archons (immortal, angelic beings) work in concert with each other in their rule of Earth's people. So there's been no Persian Empire, Roman Empire, etc. There isn't a Tower of London for my main character to have his office in, because, with no wars, there has been no need for the invention of castles or fortresses.

Classical music won't necessarily have evolved, because its development primarily arose in the courts and households of the nobility. There is no Queen of England and no peerage; there's just the Archons of London, Gloucester, and York, and their clergy.

Absolutely everything is...different.

I have to start the whole thing from square one. It can't be what I originally envisioned; that just doesn't make sense, given the characteristics I've established for Archons.

The war that will come is going to be shocking, to put it mildly. I'm not even sure these people have a word for war.
